Young Folk Store delivers goods to Australia nationwide. We offer a flat rate price of $9.95 to all major city (metro) locations within Australia. Our choice of service is with Fastway for metro areas and Australia Post for all areas outside the metro.
Some regional areas outside of the metropolitan areas will incur a different rate of shipping so if our courier service does not go to your area and if the postage cost at Australia Post is much more than $10 we will let you know there is a difference to be paid. Young Folk will quickly respond to you with the correct pricing and get your order on its way to you. Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 days with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
We welcome international orders from our site; so please contact us at email@example.com and we will quote you on shipping and handling to international locations once we receive a quote from Australia Post. Please list your products of choice in your email and we will arrange a PayPal invoice for you including the international shipping cost. Please note: Young Folk is not responsible for paying foreign fees & taxes in your own countries.
If for some reason you are not happy with your item Young Folk Store will exchange / refund your order within one week of purchase provided you do the following: Email us first and get in touch about why you are applying for an exchange refund. Once you have had a reply from us and authority to return the item post the item back to us (at the buyers costs) in the exact same same state that it was dispatched initially, i.e. unopened or intact packaging, tags still attached, in good sellable order.
